Membership & Store Policy
Transactions
All site transactions are securely performed via PayPal, Square, or Sezzle (for payment plans). Your free membership account allows you to securely store your payment information for future use. Your payment information will not be shared with third parties.
Shipping
We emphasize timely service and product fulfillment. Delivery of your products can generally be expected in one to two weeks.
Refunds/Returns
For books & planners:
Shipments of books are done in-house. We offer a "no-hassle" policy for book refunds. If you are unhappy with your product you can fill out the contact form and we will gladly fulfill your request without question up to $50. Upon exceeding this amount, we may ask for evidence of damage (or other complaint) and may request that the item be returned in exchange for a new product or refund. In ALL cases in which we assume liability (due to shipping mishaps, faulty product, etc.) we will cover all costs for reshipping your product as applicable.

For apparel:
Currently we use a third-party manufacturer/distributor, Printful.com. Please see their return policy here. If you experience a shipping mishap or faulty product please alert us through the contact form so that we can be aware of the circumstances and ensure that you are compensated accordingly.

For plans:
All plans provide a 7-day free trial. If not canceled during this time you will be charged the first payment. You may cancel your plan before the next payment cycle to avoid future payments.

For premium courses:
No refunds will be provided upon purchase of premium courses.

For one-on-one consultations:
You may cancel your scheduled consultation prior to your session. Missed appointments will be considered for refund but this is not guaranteed.
Redeeming Rewards
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on tickets and products purchased on the site. Earn 10 points for each time you RSVP to an event. Every 10 points can be redeemed for10% off the lowest priced item in your cart upon checkout.
Emails
Once you register for a free membership you will be automatically added to our email list. You can opt to unsubscribe from receiving emails at any time.
Membership Cancellation
If you decide that you no longer want to be a member you can let us know through the contact form and we will cancel your membership within 7 days.
Policy Updates
All site members who remain subscribed to our email list and will receive email updates whenever this policy changes. For your reference, keep a record of this policy.
